Common questions
Is this allowed on the MLS, Zillow and Realtor.com?
Yes — as long as the image is disclosed as virtually staged, which we do automatically. Every image StageSnap produces carries a small “Virtually staged” badge in the corner. Article 12 of the NAR Code of Ethics requires a true picture in advertising, and MLS rules generally allow enhanced photos so long as the enhancement is disclosed and the property is not misrepresented. We never alter the structure of the room: no walls moved, no windows added, no damage removed. The photo still shows the property as it really is — just furnished. Rules vary by MLS, so check your local one if you are unsure.
How long does one room take?
Usually about 30 seconds. You upload a photo, pick the room type and a style, and you get two different furnished variants to choose from. If a generation fails for any reason, the credit goes straight back into your account.
What kind of photos work best?
A well-lit, straight-on photo of an empty or nearly empty room, taken from a corner so you can see the floor. Wide-angle is fine. Very dark photos, heavy motion blur, or rooms already full of furniture give weaker results — the model works by adding furniture to open floor space.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription yourself from the billing page — it opens the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not ask why.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset to your plan's allowance at the start of each billing period. The free plan is a one-off allowance of 3 watermarked previews so you can test it on a real listing before paying anything.
