1. The service
StageSnap generates furnished versions of photographs you upload, using third-party AI image models. Output is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a human before you receive it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for lawful purposes only.
3. Your images
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload each photograph and to have it modified. You grant us the limited licence needed to process, store and return your images, and to pass them to the image provider that generates the staged version.
4. Disclosure and acceptable use
Every staged image carries a “Virtually staged” badge. You must not remove or obscure it when the image is used in a property listing. You must not use StageSnap to conceal a defect, to misrepresent a property’s condition, or in any way that breaches your MLS rules, the NAR Code of Ethics, or state real estate advertising law. You are responsible for how you use the images you generate.
5. Credits and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Credits reset to your plan allowance at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. A credit is deducted when a generation starts and refunded automatically if it fails. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular image will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may delete your stagings at any time from within the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account.
