What we collect
Your email address and name (from Google sign-in or the email you verify), the photographs you upload and the images generated from them, and your plan and credit balance. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never reach our servers.
Photo metadata
Uploaded photographs are re-encoded on arrival and all embedded metadata is stripped, including EXIF GPS coordinates. We do this because listing photos are photos of real homes.
How your images are used
Uploaded photos are sent to the configured image provider (OpenAI or Replicate) purely to produce your staged image. We do not use your photographs to train models and we do not share them with anyone else.
Storage and retention
Images are stored on our hosting provider’s persistent disk. Deleting a staging in the app removes both the database record and the stored image files. Deleting your account removes everything associated with it.
Cookies
We set a single session cookie so you stay signed in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
Processors we use
Stripe (payments), Resend (sign-in emails), Google (optional sign-in), and whichever image provider is configured for generation. Our application and database are hosted on Railway.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us from the address on your account and we will action it within 30 days. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you these rights explicitly, along with the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not process it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
